This is a synthesized waterdrop effect. It's made with a virtual analog modular synthesizer. I've simply modulated the frequency of a sine wave oscillator with an envelope generator and modulated the amplifier with another envelope generator. Then I've rendered the sound with ACID Pro and imported it into Sound Forge, where I've cutted it and added some space with reverb.
